The tariff will typically include breakfast and evening meal which are shared with the host. Farmstay – Emphasis is on the farm experience and must be situated on a working farm. Breakfast and evening meals included in tariff. Boutique Accommodation – These properties are often an historic site or landmark, generally have character and are small and intimate. Breakfast is usually included in the tariff. Lodges – offer fine accommodation and excellent cuisine in comfortable surroundings. Most offer specialist activities like personalised fishing or wine tours, golfing or wilderness adventures, or spa facilities for guests only. With up to just 20 rooms, and often in more remote locations, they have full liquor licences and the tariff usually includes pre-dinner drinks and canapés, breakfast and dinner.
