Breakfast is usually included in the tariff. Lodges – offer fine accommodation and excellent cuisine in comfortable surroundings. Most offer specialist activities like personalised fishing or wine tours, golfing or wilderness adventures, or spa facilities for guests only. With up to just 20 rooms, and often in more remote locations, they have full liquor licences and the tariff usually includes pre-dinner drinks and canapés, breakfast and dinner.
