Hotels
Hotel properties feature a licensed restaurant and bar, charge back
facilities, and on site management at all times. All rooms have tea and
coffee-making facilities. Breakfast is provided whether in a restaurant or
breakfast room, or via room service. Some hotels have conference and banqueting
facilities.

Holiday Parks
Camping grounds and motor camps, often with cabins and self contained units.
All properties provide communal kitchens, toilets, showers and laundries in
addition to a variety of additional features. Choices may include camp and motor
home sites, basic cabins to motel units, or bunk rooms for group.

Guest & Hosted, B&B's
Bed & breakfasts, farm and home stays, boutique lodges or “character" accommodation with an emphasis on personal interaction between the guest and the host. Cooking facilities are not usually provided. Breakfasts are a feature and are usually part of an all-inclusive tariff. Some properties may offer other meals on request.

Shared accommodation in a hostel or lodge, with an emphasis on the active travelling experience, facilitating cultural and social interaction for like-minded guests. Facilities like bathrooms, lounges and laundries are usually shared. Properties range from small converted houses to large hotel-like establishments.

Self Contained - Motels and Serviced Apartments
Motels, motor lodges, motor inns, motel apartments and serviced apartments. Units are serviced daily or as otherwise agreed with the guest, and are self-contained providing at least tea and coffee-making facilities and a private or ensuite bathroom.
