Every third Thursday of the month Art Zegelaar School of Piano has a lunch concert. Each year it has a different theme. This year we’re performing a marathon programme of preludes. Each lunch concert is a lecture recital with preludes by J.S. Bach, F. Chopin, D. Shostakovich, C. Debussy and S. Rachmaninov.

This Thursday is the 8th lunch concert in Prelude Series.

J.S. Bach: Prelude and Fuge in Bb minor WTC 1;
F. Chopin: Preludes Opus 28;
            no. 11 vivace;
            no. 12 presto;
            no. 13 lento;
            no. 14 allegro;
            no. 15 sostenuto;
D. Shostakovich: Prelude Opus 34 no. 17;
C. Debussy: La serenade interrompue;
S. Rachmaninov: Prelude opus 23 no. 1 in F# minor.
