Visit 3 of the largest Kauri in this forest and learn not only about these ancient giants but other flora and fauna unique and native to this area. Listen to the whispers of our ancestors to better understand what it means to be Tangata Whenua (people of the land). To maintain balance, we are conscious of our roles and responsibilities that are intrinsically linked to the well-being of our culture and environment. This guided experience is 5 hours long with a homemade lunch included, departing our place of business at 0900 hrs. To minimise the impact to our environment we have a maximum capacity of 4 participants unless prearranged. This also ensures a more personalised experience, unscripted and uninterrupted.
