Through the development of breath awareness, linking movement with breath and deep relaxation young people learn strategies to cope with the challenges they meet at school and in their lives.
Classes blend interactive warm-up games, music, asana (postures) and flexibility movements, pranayama (harmonising breath), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
All bodies and fitness levels warmly welcomed.
Please bring a Yoga mat to practice on, something warm for relaxation and wear comfy clothes you can stretch in. Some Yoga mats available.
