At the heart of the park is the development of
an innovation centre to focus on research, development,
innovation and education.
A co-working space where businesses can hot desk and
book meeting rooms is central to the Mahinga Innovation Centre
alongside labs for nutraceutical and food manufacturing.
This centre will foster collaboration, help to solve
industry problems, and seize opportunities which can
add value to a wide range of businesses located in the park.
Northland Inc is the anchor tenant in the Mahinga Innovation Centre
and manages the co-working space and meeting room facilities.
